The only way to decrease gynecomastia is by plastic surgery. Which, by the way, works very well and the results look very nice.
And, if you have insurance - this surgery should be covered by insurance. It's a medical condition, not an elective surgery.
Get the name of a good plastic surgeon that your insurance covers and go to them for a consultation. See at least 3 doctors - get several opinions.
