How do I tell my parents I have gynecomastia and that I want surgey for it...

...to be removed? They don't know that I have it and I hate myself for it everyday and have for 3 years now. Surgery is expensive and I don't know if they would let me get it since it is up to $5,000. How do I at least tell them so they have it in mind?
