I dont think a cream would work for your problem. I think you would need to take hormones. The hormones should help with facial hair growth, also.

Any cream that would work would also contain hormones, like the above poster wrote. However, I don't recommend you take hormones unless your life depends on it. Hormonal side effects are serious and profound.
