Default Do i have gynecomastia or just a little fat?
i'm 16, 5'8 and 140lbs.

I have started jogging in hopes to help it some.

I just read a bit about the codition. It's not uncommon in teen age boys because their hormones are spiking. It usually goes away in a few years. However, it can also be a sign of glandular problems so you should be checked out by a doctor.
