I have two lumps in each breast, shaped like CD's, a hole in the middle filled in on the outside. SOmedays they change shape and get filled in, other days they are smaller, some days they are grainy, and my breasts are bigger then a male my age (12) should have...

It doesnt hurt to touch, but there is random pains around the top of the ribcage to the bottom of my collar bone on both breasts sometimes, sort of like a punched-pain...Im too embarrssed to go to a doctor because of the condition...any suggestions please? Im scared and i hope it isnt breast cancer
