im 19.. i used to smoke a lot and do alot of other drugs and i became impotent from it and i stopped because i could not perform on a girl my age and i had to make up a phony excuse which turned her off and i never spoke to her again.

since then i havnt smoked excessivly nor did drugs.. but latly i have been smoking 1 every few days or so.

can 1 cigarette make me impotent... since that scare, i am not taking vitamins such as omega 3s and siberian ginseng which helps promote blood flow.

i have also started to watch what i eat for fatty foods can make one impotent
