Please HELP: No erection even with Viagra??

I am 25 male. Erection was a very little enhanced with Viagra (Barely noticebale). I have recently make the "hormonic profile" and "seminal fluid analysis" tests and results were OK except the number of semens was a bit low. Please help. Thanks.
Sperm count was 15 million.
