I think there's a warning lable on the bottle it should say "if your erection lasts longer than.... hrs." then call the doc.

OMG! Be so careful with that stuff. I just heard on the news last night that a man had to have two surgeries to stop his erection. It wouldn't go away. I would be concerned if it continues for much longer. Call your Dr.....
