22 years old and using viagra or cialis??

I consider myself a pretty healthy 22 year old male...Was wondering if it would be safe long term if i took viagra or cialis every once and awhile before i were to have sex with a girl...i dont have any erectal disfunction or anything like that but i was thinkin viagra or cialis would give me an extra boost in bed
