My lover for 20 years had used Viagra for 12 years and switched to Cialis about 2 years ago because of the side effects he was feeling from the Viaga such as headache, and nausea. Now he is frustrated because it seems as though the Cialis is not working like it should. Are there side effects from long term use of these medications? Do you think he maybe needs a stronger dose?

I don't think Viagra was even out 12 years ago.
