Maybe a girl would get some of the same engorgement of genital tissue. It probably wouldn't have the same effect, though. Women are a lot more complicated than men, so just getting the pink bits worked up (if that even happens) probably won't do all that much towards real arousal.

viagra's a pill. just don't take it. it's prescribed for men, not women for a reason.

its a pill but i am not sure what would happen to girls. Viagra doesn't make you more horny it just causes an erection to come up. The man doesn't even have to have any kind of horny feeling when he takes viagra. i don't know what it would cause to a girl.
